Seared Ahi Tuna
smoked ricotta, taro crips, citrus tamari, sesame

Hot Glass Halloumi
spinach, lemon vinaigrette, spiced pecans, phyllo crumble

Third Course
Espresso Rubbed Filet
brown butter asparagus, potato tuile, blue cheese soubise.

Dessert Course
Southern Style Shortcake
macerated strawberry jam, bourbon vanilla chantilly
