Please join Zen Glass Studio and chef extraordinaire, Donald C Burnett for an exclusive, five course dinner at the studio where each dish is cooked on or with GLASS!

Passed Appetizers
Steamed Oysters
mignonette, micro garnish

Pimento Cheese Fingerlings
house made pimento cheese stuffed fingerling potatoes
scallions, fleur de sal

First Course
Seared Ahi Tuna
smoked ricotta, taro crips, citrus tamari, sesame

Second Course
Hot Glass Halloumi
spinach, lemon vinaigrette, spiced pecans, phyllo crumble

Third Course
Espresso Rubbed Filet
brown butter asparagus, potato tuile, blue cheese soubise.

Dessert Course
Southern Style Shortcake
macerated strawberry jam, bourbon vanilla chantilly

Glass blowing demonstrations will also be held throughout the event.
