Are you looking for an opportunity to reconnect with yourself? Expressive Arts Facilitator Sunny Stewart guides you through a process of creative expression inspired by an element of nature. You will explore different art materials and modalities such as visual art, writing, guided visualization, sound/music and/or movement. This is a creative space for exploration, self-discovery and renewal through the arts!
