Tully Levine Gallery - July and August 2026


This is a call for entries from all artist at the ArtsXchange Campus. In July we will showcase our on-site creatives. Pick a piece of your own work; one that speaks to the theme of original and creative. This is broad and open to your own artistic vision. It's our chance to show the community what we are making here at the ArtsXchange on the Deuces Corridor.

Artwork selected from the entries that best fit the theme will be on exhibit in the Tully Levine Gallery

To submit your work please complete these two steps by July 5


Step 1. The entry deadline was July 5, we are no longer accepting entries

Step 2. Submission of Images:

Once you have completed the entry form you must email us images to warehouseartsdistrict@gmail.com

Conditions and Rules for Entry:

  • Eligibility: The exhibition is open to everyone on the ArtsXchange Campus.

    Entry Deadline: July 5

    Entry Fee: No fee


  • Specifications: All forms of painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, printmaking, video, and digital/ graphic art are eligible for review. The general guideline is for works to be no larger than 40"x40", but we are willing to consider larger scale works for this show. Works must be gallery ready to hang (more details below)


  • Notification: Artists will be notified of acceptance no later than July 6

    Drop Off: Works selected can be dropped off at in Tully Levine gallery between July 6 and July 8.

    Commission: WADA will take a 35% gallery commission on all sales made during and as a result this exhibition.

    Exhibit Dates: July and August 2026

    Public Reception: Second Saturdays, July 11, 2025 and August 8, 2026, 5 pm to 9 pm

    Location: The Tully Levine Gallery at the ArtsXchange Campus on the Deuces Corridor, 515 22nd St S, St Petersburg, FL

WADA Selection Committee will chose work from artists who submit to this artist call. The selection committee will make choices based on overall impact, originality, creativity, and mastery of techniques as it fits the theme. Selections will also be constrained by exhibition space.  Decisions by the selection committee will be final.

Addition Specifications:

All accepted works of art must be GALLERY READY when brought to the event facility (i.e. all hanging works must include an installed horizontal wire). NO SAW-TOOTH HANGERS. 

  • Artists with 3D work requiring a pedestal should provide one before show opening. Pedestal(s) must be stable, white/black and tall enough for the work to be near eye level. 
  • Works should not weigh more than 35 pounds.
  • WADA reserves the right to reject works if they are not presented in the format specified. Please contact us if you have concerns whether your work meets gallery presentation requirements.  
  • Artist may not substitute another work for the accepted work. 
  • Entries should be for sale and priced with the intent to sell. A gallery commission of 35% will be deducted from sales. 
  • By submitting artwork for this show, artists grant permission to WADA to reproduce accepted artwork for promotional uses in both printed and electronic formats.
  • Artists whose work has been selected will be responsible for delivery and pick up of work to the Tully Levine gallery.  Artists must sign sales commission agreement prior to or during drop off. 


Important Dates:

  • July 5 --  Deadline for entries
  • July 6 -- Notifications of acceptance emailed to selected artists
  • July 6 - 8 -- Artwork drop off at Tully Levine
  • July 11, 5 to 9 --  Public reception on Second Saturday
  • August 31 -- Exhibit closes
  • September 1 and 2 -- Pick up artwork from Tully Levine

A gallery sales agreement will be provided with the acceptance notification email and collected at drop off.

Exhibition will be open to the public during WADA's gallery hours
