PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

WADA offers a free weekly community art class that is open to all ages and skill levels. Participants have the opportunity to learn from professional resident artists, who have a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. To ensure that everyone can participate, all art supplies are provided, and complimentary refreshments are available. This arts education program not only provides access to creative expression but also fosters a sense of community and connection through the shared experience of art-making.

May 20: Art with Light: Exploring Cyanotypes 

Cyanotypes is a great medium to explore basic printmaking. The deep blue hues are instant classic. In this session we will explore how to create an image using found objects, photo negatives and other materials. Pre-treated paper will be provided.
