Join us for a two-day 9/11 event collaboration hosted by the Warehouse Arts District Association. This tribute aims to pay respect to the heroes who lost their lives, celebrate the resilience of our community, and create meaningful dialogue.

Saturday 9/9 from 6-10 PM: Dinner & A Movie (Tickets: $125 per person)

6-8 PM: Dinner & Tasting at Urban Stillhouse

Begin the evening with a dinner at Urban Stillhouse. Featuring a diverse menu including both classic and innovative options, guests can savor a relaxing culinary experience. Mingle and share stories with the Horse Soldier Team, Veterans, Special Ops, former Green Berets, and Navy Seals. Ticketholders are automatically entered into a raffle for a free Horse Soldier Whiskey Tasting.

8-9:30 PM: 12 Strong Co-Presented by Sunscreen Film Festival

12 Strong is a war drama based on true events, following a Special Forces team (Horse Soldiers) sent to Afghanistan after the 9/11 attacks. They must forge an uneasy alliance with local Afghan fighters to take on the Taliban and Al-Qaeda, embarking on a harrowing and heroic mission to defeat the enemy on horseback.

9:30-10 PM: Q&A with Horse Soldier Steve Kofron and LtCol USAF (Ret) Jerry Lavely.

12 Strong is followed by a Q&A with Horse Soldier Steve Kofron and LtCol USAF (Ret) Jerry Lavely, who were deployed in response to the events of 9/11. This opportunity will provide the audience with a chance to engage, ask questions, and gain insight into the real-life events that inspired the gripping story.

Sunday 9/10: Ceremony & Panel (Free RSVP Event)

10-11 AM: 9/11 Ceremony Surrounding the Rise Monument

Join us for our annual 9/11 ceremony as we pay tribute to the lives lost and heroes remembered, with a moving program including speeches by community leaders and Armed Forces personnel, color guard, the National Anthem, and an invocation.

11-12 PM: “Flip the Script” Panel Discussion

The 9/11 panel discussion will be uniquely led by the audience, allowing attendees to actively participate in the conversation by sharing personal reflections, asking questions, and engaging in a collective exploration of the impact and significance of the tragic events of September 11th. A panel of community leaders and experts will respond to the audience's statements.
